Return Policy
We have a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Many of our products are handmade. Minor variations in color, finish, or appearance are normal and are not considered defects.
We reserve the right to approve or deny refunds based on the condition of the item returned.

Return shipping is a $7.00 flat rate. There are no restocking fees.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will evaluate the issue and work to make it right.
Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including but not limited to:
Custom or personalized products
Perishable goods
Personal care items
Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Final sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return.

Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a different item is to return your original item. Once the return is approved, you may place a new order separately.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason. Items must be returned in the same condition as received, unused, with tags, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Refunds
We will notify you once your return has been received and inspected. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
