Thank you for shopping with TheSubiePlug. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.


Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days after payment is confirmed, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing time may vary due to product availability, order volume, or other circumstances.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.


Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary based on carrier, destination, weather, customs delays, or other factors beyond our control. We are not responsible for delays once an order has been handed off to the shipping carrier.


Shipping Methods and Carriers

We ship using a variety of carriers depending on order size, destination, and service availability. Carrier selection is at our discretion unless otherwise stated at checkout.


Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the order.


Order Errors, Pricing Errors, and Cancellations

In the event of an error in product pricing, product description, availability, or other information, TheSubiePlug reserves the right to correct the error, modify the order, or cancel the order at any time, including after an order has been submitted or payment has been processed.

If an order is canceled due to a pricing or listing error, any payment collected will be refunded in full to the original payment method.


Order Changes and Cancellations by Customer

Orders may be modified or canceled only if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order has entered processing or has shipped, it cannot be changed or canceled.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to request a change.


Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging so we can assist with a claim.


International Shipping

International shipping availability, rates, and delivery times vary by destination. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country.
